Vision
Land is running out.
The problem
Global warming, deforestation and unchecked urbanisation have pushed liveable land to its limit. Three centuries ago, humans intensely used about 5% of the planet. Today, more than half of Earth's land is occupied by agriculture or settlement. The cost of living rises. Standards of living fall. The pressure compounds.
Coastlines are receding. Cities are running out of room to grow. The conventional answer of building further inland, higher and denser has limits that we are already meeting.
Our answer
SpaceXity is a proprietary floating building system. Modular, scalable, and designed to be immune to rising sea levels. It creates habitable space where there was none, on water.
The same system can be configured for residential living, commercial use, solar farms, aquaculture or floating communities. One platform, many forms.
Built right
Every module is prefabricated to the same engineering standard. The structure is designed to withstand storms, hurricanes and flood conditions. Deployment is fast. Maintenance is straightforward. The system scales by linking modules together.
From H2O Atlantis
SpaceXity is the evolution of the H2O Atlantis project, the original vision of making sea living affordable and accessible. The mission has not changed. The design language and engineering approach have been refined.

Ethan Wan
B. Science · B. Architecture · MBA

Since young, Ethan has been fascinated by design and technology. Recognising his talents in both, he pursued an architecture degree in the United States.
He completed his B. Architecture in the USA, including a six-month architectural exchange in Rome, Italy. The experience in the US, paired with the beauty of European architecture, opened his mind to a wider quest for knowledge. He went on to earn an MBA while deepening his understanding of business.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a constant curiosity about the building industry, Ethan started his own design and build company in 2007. Over the years, he has remained hands-on, working on innovative projects and engineering functional, sustainable systems, including rainwater harvesting, active roof cooling and hybrid flushing solutions.
Encouraged by close friends and driven by his own sustainability goals, he began work on the H2O Atlantis project, making sea living an affordable reality. SpaceXity continues that work.
The burden of building sustainable solutions, for rising sea levels, carbon, energy, food and human impact, lies on those who can. If you can, join us.
